Appointments & Payments

Appointments may require payment or a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or session fee.

Right to Refuse Service

If services are terminated, any applicable refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Mama Santee's House.
