  • Do you take insurance?
    No. We are sorry, but we do not accept insurance at this time.
  • What happens if I am late to an appointment?
    We do our best to make sure that everything is ready for you when you arrive for your appointment and set that time just for you. We do this for each and every one of our clients. It is for that reason that if you are going to be late, please try to call ahead and let us know. We understand that life happens sometimes, but if you are late, we are unable to extend your appointment past the time that was scheduled without it affecting another person's scheduled time. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you please call, text or message us online through email or chat to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment to another time. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge a fee of $25.00.
  • What happens when I come in for a session?
    Great Question! So, after you make an appointment either online or by giving us a call, we will set a time and date for you to arrive. We ask that you arrive 5 or 10 minutes early to your first appointment so you can fill out some paperwork. We will ask you if you would like anything to drink while you fill out the forms. When you are done with the paperwork and before you go back to the room, we will ask you if you need to use the restroom. Our therapist will go over your paperwork to make sure they are aware of anything they need to know, and they will walk you back to the room and close the door so they can have a brief chat with you to see what exactly you are looking for. After the short chat they will explain that you can take your clothes off to the point that you are comfortable with and let you know which way to lay on the table and to cover yourself with the top sheet. They will then leave the room for a few moments to allow you to do so. Before entering again, they will knock and slowly open the door to make sure you are ready before entering. During your massage only the area being worked on will be exposed from under the top sheet. If at any time you feel uncomfortable or would like the therapist to either focus on or leave an area do not hesitate to say so. It is our goal for you to be completely comfortable and relaxed. Once the session is over the therapist will let you know and leave the room so that you can get dressed. Please take your time getting up off of the table and getting dressed. Your muscles have just been worked and we do not want you to feel rushed. Once you are ready you may come out of the room, and we will offer you some water, it is very important to stay hydrated especially after a massage. You are free to have a seat and hang out or take a look around the retail area before paying or scheduling your next session. If at any time you have any questions that have not been answered you are welcome to give us a call or text. We will reply as soon as we can with anything you want to know about our services.
