Using the Inner Realms Journey Platform we will guide children 8 and up through a meditation. After discussing the experience and writing in our journals we will have a snack. Finally the children will participate in an art, science or short research project. 

Each session we will work on a different subject that can be used to help kids in everyday life. Bullies, helping others, caring for animals even just learning to be mindful and enjoy nature.
