About the event

Understanding Tarot with Politti: The Celtic Cross

When: Sunday, April 23, 2023

Time: Noon - 2:30pm

Cost: $38 per student

The Celtic Cross Tarot Spread is one of the most well-known and widely used Tarot spreads to this day. Even if you’re just starting out studying Tarot, you’ve probably heard of this spread.

The Celtic Cross Tarot Spread can not only give a wealth of information about a specific question or situation, but it also works very well when you don’t have a particular question to ask. However, being a 10-card spread, it can be one of the more complex Tarot spreads to learn and it will take some time to fully understand it and get the deeper insights.

In this class, Politti will explain the position of the cards and what they mean, and how the cards interact. We will also look for patterns in the cards and use basic numerology to reveal a deeper meaning to the reading.

We will be using and studying the Rider-Waite-Smith (RWS) Tarot deck. It is recommended that each student bring their own Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot Deck (or one based on the RWS system).

This is a hands-on class, and we will have Tarot reading practice time reading for each other – SO BE SURE TO BRING YOUR TAROT DECK! Hand-outs will be provided. Please bring a notebook and a pen or pencil to take notes.

This class is in-person at Mama Santee’s House. Space is limited to 12 students.
