4-Part Tarot Class Series with Politti: The Minor Arcana – Suit by Suit

In Tarot, the Minor Arcana is divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles. In each suit we have the numbered cards: Ace through 10, and the Court Cards: Page, Knight, Queen, and King. The numbered cards are the details that make up the bigger picture in a reading, while the Court Cards reflect the querent and the people that influence the life of the querent. In this series of Tarot classes, we will be doing a deep dive into each of the Tarot Suits one by one. Politti will guide you through one suit of the Minor Arcana per class, discussing the meanings of the numbered cards and Court Cards, and what they represent as particular areas and approaches to life. We will also learn about numerology, basic astrological correspondences, color meanings, symbology, and more associated with each of the cards in each suit. The next suit we will examine is the Suit of Swords

When: Sunday, September 24, 2023 Time: Noon - 2:30pm Where: 3579 Arlington Ave STE 700, Riverside, CA 92506 Cost: $38 per student We will be using and studying the Rider-Waite-Smith (RWS) Tarot deck. It is recommended that each student bring their own Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot Deck (or one based on the RWS system). This is a hands-on class, and we will have Tarot reading practice time reading for each other – SO BE SURE TO BRING YOUR TAROT DECK! Hand-outs will be provided. Please bring a notebook and a pen or pencil to take notes. Space is limited to 12 students. See you there!
