Join Politti as she guides you to grow in trusting in yourself to become a more confident, more intuitive, Tarot reader! In this class we will begin to develop your own personal, intuitive approach to the cards by using Tarot to understand the events taking place around you and in your own life. We will discuss the stories and narratives in Tarot, get to know the symbols and visual cues found in Tarot and explore what they mean to you. We will learn about using Tarot for quick Yes/No questions, as well as 3-card Tarot spreads and what the different positions in the spread mean. Also, we will learn about “jumpers” and the “undercard” in a reading, and how a little Numerology can help deepen the meaning of reading. We will be using and studying the Rider-Waite-Smith (RWS) Tarot deck. It is recommended that each student bring their own Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot Deck (or one based on the RWS system). This is a hands-on class, and we will have a lot of Tarot reading practice time reading for each other – SO BE SURE TO BRING YOUR TAROT DECK! Hand-outs will be provided. Please bring a notebook and a pen or pencil to take notes. In-person class space is limited to 12 students or watch the class streaming live online!
