This gentle yoga session is specifically designed to align with the energies of the partial solar eclipse in Aries (occurring early in the morning) and with the conjunction Lilith-Haumea in Scorpio.


The session will start with a brief education on these powerful energies within the broader astrological context and explaining how the yoga practice connects with it.


We will then move into a rooting meditation, stretches focusing on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, heart-opening poses, gentle sun salutations and a final meditation. Reiki will be incorporated throughout the session as well to all participants to encourage chakra cleansing, alignment and balance.
