About the event
This hour long gentle yoga session is specifically designed to align with the astrology of the day: the Sun-Venus conjunction. Through heart-opening poses, we will invite deep self-love, beauty, and harmony. Paired with Reiki, this practice will enhance the energy of self-love, balance, and flow.
