This Spiritual Retreat under The Full Harvest Moon is focused on cleansing, healing, balancing, and nurturing the Mind, Body, and Spirit!  You will go through a transformative experience that can lead to profound personal growth and self-discovery. Through a variety of practices such as meditation, energy healing, and mindful eating, participants are able to release negative emotions, physical toxins, and mental clutter that may be blocking their ability to connect with their True Higher Selves. By cultivating a deeper understanding of their own inner workings and the interconnectedness of all things, individuals can achieve a greater sense of peace, clarity, and purpose. Supported and assisted by the Full Harvest Moon in Aries with energy, courage, and motivation; we will be able to use the light of the moon to see, prune and cleanse any old habbits, opions, and beliefs that are no longer serving us.  We will harvest this energy to embrace change, persue new beginnings as well as take action towards acheiving goals.
